🛍️ RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
🔄 RETURN PROCESS
To return an item:
- Request Authorization: Please email customer service at info.solimoon@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Packaging and Mailing: After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Note on Shipping Fees:

💰 REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
- We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
❌ EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Health and Personal Care Products (due to hygiene reasons, especially if the seal is broken).
- Digital/Consumable Products (e.g., downloadable software, gift cards, online courses).
- Custom-Made Orders (items that were personalized or specifically manufactured for the customer).
- Food and Perishable Goods (items with an expiration date or prone to spoilage).
